Transfer money from Paypal to either my bank account or gcash it says something's not right

Hi Everyone,

Is this issue specific to me or is this across the board?

Paypal - Transfer Money

Whenever I try to transfer money from Paypal to either my bank account or gcash it displays this message.

You need to verify your info. Like your ID and Address.

You may need to check your limit. I get this message when I already meet the 50k limit for verified account.
