URGENT HIRING: REMOTE WORKING CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

The Coaching Masters is looking for a stellar individual to join our Customer Service Department as Customer Service Assistant.

The candidate will handle questions and queries from customers and will handle any customer-facing tasks such as following up with customer onboarding or complaints, cancellations and appointment confirmations. As well as maintain relationships with all customers to ensure they’re optimizing their experience.

✅Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills ✅Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable ✅Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support ✅Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention ✅Strong time management skills ✅Computer skills ✅Willing to work full time: Total of 170 working hours per month ✅Willing to start ASAP ✅Flexible with shift schedules even if assigned on a weekend shift ✅Shift: UK Hours (4PM Manila Time) ✅Start-up offer: $550 per month
