Job Role: Using a unique lead generation strategy, a prospective client support specialist is required to book prospective clients on sales calls from social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook.

Results: Expected to maintain or exceed booking of 0.5 prospects per working hour with an average closing rate of 30% of prospects that attend calls.

Responsibilities: Engaging in the specified lead generation strategy on all required social media platforms during scheduled hours. Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership. Create new leads from LinkedIn & Instagram by messaging community members Follow protocols as to booking calls, canceling, and keeping them. Required to attend weekly team meetings

Requirements: High level of experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms. Experience in customer service is required Some experience in the coaching and spiritual industry is preferred but not mandatory Must have sales or customer service experience Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings
