Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of experience in accounting
• CPA
• Excellent communication skills
• Graveyard (US hours) and full time

Job Description:

• Manage entire accounting operations of our real estate property management firm
• Preparing monthly financial reporting packages for property owners and property management business owners
• Monitoring cash balances and collections
• Help managing payroll
• Perform/review monthly bank reconciliations (majority of reconciliations are handled by staff bookkeeper)
• Reviewing other financial reports on a monthly basis including AR and AP aging reports and reconciliation of tenant security deposits
• Assign tasks to and manage bookkeeper
• Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, new business pricing, and business development
