Job Description

We are looking for a new Executive Assistant to support our executive team. You will manage mostly business related tasks for the team such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, posting on social media, coordinating with customers / Clients and other organizational tasks. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be extremely fast at solving problems and have experience as an executive or administration assistant in the past.

Qualifications (Please take note of the qualifications. We will entertain applicants who has all of these)

A minimum of 3 years proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience

High school diploma, degree preferred

In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite

Professional communication skills as there will be opportunities to speak with prospective clients to book in meetings & take messages (inbound)

Flawless written and spoken English ability

High cognitive ability and problem-solving skills

Bubbly happy and energetic personality

Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities

Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quick-changing environment

Having a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills

Takes ownership of situations and proactively take initiative to make sure operation runs smoothly

Ability to navigate and manage social media platform

Experience in supporting C-Suite or Executive level clients/stakeholders in Australia

Skilled in content creation for social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and EDM

Background or experience in customer service
