Seeking to hire International Real Estate Sales Manager/Team Lead

Attractive Remuneration Package, starting with USD$15,000 monthly plus commission Flexible & Remote-based arrangement

You will be working with Australia's leading real estate developer remotely

• Primary role: To partner and connect with other International Real Estate Agencies and Agents.
• Hiring the right team members remotely
• Conducting training and workshops and providing mentoring and feedback remotely
• Delegating tasks and setting deadlines remotely
• Overseeing and managing day-to-day team operations
• Monitoring and reporting on progress and metrics
• No direct selling of real estate developments to investors required
