Scale Virtually is in need of Inside Sales Virtual Assistants to assist our US-based clients!

Wages start at $640/month - with a premium for applicants with extensive sales experience. This is open for residents of the Philippines only.

Responsibilities SALES

• Responsible for cold calling these prospects to determine the overall interest of prospective clients and eliminate clients who are not interested.
• Answer inbound calls from the company’s prospective and current clients or customers and ensure that they answer any general questions or inquiries, set-up appointments, or transfer them to a salesperson.
• Ensure that all issues or queries that have been received are logged and responded to within the allowed timeframe.
• Update the client Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool to ensure that all records are complete and accurate at all times.
• Schedule and manage appointments for the client. This includes making follow-up calls, emails, or other forms of correspondence when needed.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

• Prepare and manage documents needed by the company
• Generate reports for the clients on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English
• Previous VA experience is preferred, but not required
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience (e.g. Customer Service/Support, Sales, etc.)
• At least 10mbps internet connection
• Reliable and functional computer
