KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management reporting and analysis for clients Maintenance of accounting department reconciliations Support role in all aspects of client work • Process and system improvement Adherence to policies and practices Client satisfaction

SPECIFIC TASKS:

• Management reporting and analysis for all allocated clients • Manage phone support and resolve all email issues for various clients Client Liason and Debtor management • Adhoc Reporting as designated by the Director or Team leader • Accounts Payables processing and reporting as per procedures and policies Preparation of monthly management report for the Director to review prior to distribution to client; • Ad-hoc reporting, analysis and problem solving as required.Maintenance of accounting department reconciliations • Review of reconciliation process to ensure all balances are reconciled on a monthly basis for CFO review; • Processing correcting journal entries where required; • Awareness and identification of key reconciliations and high risk balances; Accounts Payables • Payroll Processing – high volume • Accounts Receivables Bank Reconciliation • Balance Sheet Reconciliation Customer/Supplier Liason and

ManagementQualifications (ideal but not a must):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting • CPA qualified is advantageous to have • Minimum 3-year experience required in similar role Strong verbal and written communication skills • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) – Intermediate to Advanced Organised and Able to meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Must enjoy what they do • Should be proactive and willing to approach Team Leader for further challenges
