$500 - Regular Full Time - Sales/Appointment Setter

Hello all, we are looking for a real estate virtual assistant who can call (Full-time $4.75 an hour+ Commission) some of our distressed off market homeowner leads and set appointments for one of our Acquisition reps to call make and make a cash offer on the property.

We will require someone who can at least call 8( 30 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks included) hours a day Monday-Friday.

Scripts are provided and before setting appointment basic details will be collected such as: verification of property address and details, property condition, any current mortgage, back taxes, occupancy, detailed explanation of what repairs or updates may be needed on the property and very important what their asking price is.
