Virtual Assistant Manager

Payment Pilot is seeking an experienced, dynamic and energetic Virtual Assistant Manager for immediate hire to help us keep growing. This senior level position requires an advanced knowledge of recruitment, team building and motivation, and personality development.

Responsibilities for Virtual Assistant Manager:

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
  • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
  • Delegating tasks to team members.
  • Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
  • Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
  • Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
  • Direct and coordinate human resource activities such as employment, compensation, benefits, labor relations, training, or other employee services.
  • Develop internal policies or directives on company policies.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, or programs.
  • Provide guidance or counseling to management.
  • Recruit, interview, test, or select candidates to fill vacant positions.
  • Coordinates or conducts training and other employee development activities.
  • Investigates accidents or incidents and prepares the necessary reports.

Qualifications for Virtual Assistant Manager:

  • Impeccable English speaking skills (having an American accent is preferred)
  • Extensive (3+ years experience) in Virtual Assistance, BPO, Outsourcing, Human Resource, Project Management, and/or Team Leadership preferred.
  • Willingness to participate in training on-the job
  • Has the background in building a virtual team or company from ground up
  • Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer
  • Familiarity with all of the goods and services offered by the company
  • Personnel and Human Resources - Knowledge of the principles and procedures of HR practices and policies (recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations, personnel information systems, etc.)
  • Business Management Principles - Strategic planning and resource allocation
  • Management and leadership
  • Ability to motivate, develop, train, or develop people
  • Conflict resolution (settling disputes, resolving grievances, negotiating)

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday [no weekends]
  • 8 am - 5 pm Eastern Standard Time (8 pm - 5 am Philippine Time)
  • Pay periods are bi-weekly
  • You are paid at an hourly rate

Work Terms:

  • Senior Level Position
  • $10-$12/hour (negotiable)
  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
