Online Health And Fitness Company in Australia That Needs a Rock Star VA

We are an online health and fitness company in Australia that needs a rock star VA to join our virtual assistant (ninja) team.

The role is a HUGE part of the customer journey and therefore requires a person that is committed to helping these prospects get on a discovery call with one of our expert coaches. This is how we help our clients improve their health.

Your role (if you are successful), will be to:

• Manage the Facebook messenger sequence that we have in place
• Follow up prospects that have booked in by reviewing their booking form to make sure they qualify
• If they don’t qualify, go back and ask them leading questions
• If they do qualify, tell them that we will be in touch and look forward to the call
• Once they have booked in, you’ll need to update their details in Hubspot and ensure that the coach has the information they need for the call
• There is much more to the role, and there will be plenty of growth opportunities available as the team expands.
• We are looking for a long-term hire and NOT interested in short-term roles.
• The role at this stage is a 50+ hr a week role over 6 days.

As you can imagine, we have had 100’s of applications and will be selecting the most suitable person to proceed through the interview process.

Rate: Pay is weekly. $155 AUD weekly for 1 month. Once you passed the training stage, rate will increase.
