Company: California Insurance Agency Rate: $3.5-4.5/hour based on skill & experience; biweekly payout through payoneer Schedule: 35-40 hours/week Mon-Fri (Pacific time). (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PCT with 1 hour break) Time can be a bit flexible if needed

We are looking for a virtual assistant who can help us handle the following office tasks at work:

  1. Business admin, data entry & filing and case follow up
  2. File Management & Database Management
  3. Client & agent services phone call & email
  4. Client relationship & marketing

Character and Skill Set requirement:

  1. Patient & detail oriented, to be able to handle the tedious daily admin tasks & projects with high precision and efficiency!
  2. Good computer skill & cloud-based application. And a fast learner for any new tools
  3. Time management & Multitasking ability, good at handling last minute urgent requests.
  4. Organization skill on Email management & File management
  5. Proactively problems solving with less supervision
  6. Personable & friendly for excellent client/agent services, recruiting & sales support
  7. Good in English: Verbal & email communication
  8. Meeting notes & Summary & PPT
  9. Good in researching and creating report

Key tools at work: PDF editing, G-Contact, G-Spreadsheet, Trello, Clickup, Database & CRM experiences will be a plus.
