One of our school clients (AU account) is looking for an experienced Voice and Chat support (WFH)

Responsibilities: • Student enquiries through online chat • Emails • After hour phone calls • Other admin tasks allocated to them

Requirements: • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • More than 2 years of experience with Calls, Chat and email support • Experience working as a CSR of a University is a plus • Must have own computer and internet • Willing to work from Tuesday - Friday 10am - 7pm and Saturday from 6am-3pm

The Salary is 35k!
