What We Are Looking For

We are hiring a full time EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO, ideally someone with an accounting background. The Executive Assistant will perform a mix of executive support, social media marketing and project coordinator duties. The Executive Assistant will prepare financial reports such as P&L, Balance Sheets, etc. The EA will train the team members as the organization transitions to a cloud-based CRM. Hence, the candidate must have hands-on experience in Hubspot or similar CRMs. This is a long term opportunity for the right candidate. Salary is Php40,000 per month with added perks such Holidays and Vacation Leaves

Who Should Apply

5+ years of work experience, with at least 1 year solid experience as Executive Assistant to a C-Level executive Accounting background a must Working knowledge of Xero accounting software Working knowledge of Hubspot or similar CRM Experience in Social Media Management to handle accounts in Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin Excellent English communication skills, written and oral, with neutral accent Extreme attention to detail and deadlines Self-starter with a strong work ethic and unquestionable loyalty Someone who wants a long term working relationship. No VA experience necessary
