My PayPal account got limited status due to the needed IDs for verification

Hi Guys, I have a problem with my Paypal account. My account got limited status due to the needed IDs for verification. Problem is, I don't have those they needed.
My Passport is already expired and all I got are my secondary IDs. Tried emailing Paypal but all I got are their automated replies. Tried calling but could not get through. I needed to get my money on Paypal as my baby needs his milk and diapers, I could not get my salary due to the limitations.
Please help me😭😭

Nagka ganyan sakin, sobrang dami kong pinresent na ID. Ang naka lift lang ng account limitation is Brgy Clearance saka bank statement. Of course dapat showing ang address na nag mamatch sa Paypal account mo.
Try nyo din po Yun bill Ng internet nyo Kung npangalan sa inyo para sa proof Ng residence.
Try reaching them throught Twitter. Nung nalimited po yung Paypal ko, for 1 month, dun ko sila ni reach and wala pang one day okay na yung Paypal ko 😊
Call them through google hangouts, ganon ginawa ng asawa ko at pinakiusapan ang id na meron siya which is yung tin id. Pinayagan naman ng manager.
If may TIN ID ka, pwede mo yun magamit. Nag try ako mag submit using TIN ID then Bank statement na approved naman nila.
Nbi clearance. Then get proof of residency to your barangay for your proof of address.
