𝐒𝐎𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐀 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐏𝐇𝐈𝐂 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐄𝐑 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄: Our Social Media Graphic Designer will create visual content used for digital marketing efforts used on social media. This can include images, gifs, videos, animations, or other graphics posted on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms.

𝐒𝐎𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐀 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐏𝐇𝐈𝐂 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐄𝐑 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒: We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative individual to join our team. As a Social Media Graphic Designer you will be responsible for creating the graphics used in Social Media strategies in order to increase online presence, improve marketing, and sales efforts. You must be comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and creating and delivering content across mixed media platforms.

𝐒𝐎𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐀 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐏𝐇𝐈𝐂 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐄𝐑 𝐃𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 & 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:

• Conceptualize, design, and implement brand collateral and web materials, including graphics for social media posts, testimonials, ads, video, and other promotional materials.
• Content creation collaboration (including Social Media graphics), planning, and scheduling
• Create graphics for accounts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google My Business Profile, LinkedIn)
• Assist with accounts setup
• Posting to Social Media Platforms
• Assist with Review (bi-weekly)
• Stay up to date with latest Social Media and design best practices and technologies
• Utilize Social Media marketing tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, and similar
• Attend online educational conferences
• Work with copywriters to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams
• Provide constructive feedback on colleague’s work
• Adhere to company rules and regulations
• Reports to Social Media Manager or Team Leader

𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒: We are looking for a self-starter who contains the following:

• 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• A minimum of an AA degree in Graphic Design or a relevant field
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Strategist using Social Media for brand awareness and impressions
• Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other Social Media best practices
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Audience and buyer persona research
• Web design and publishing
• Leadership skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Time-management skills
• Interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite
• Need to provide a portfolio with samples of your work

𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐃𝐄𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐋𝐒:

• Pay: $8 USD - $15 USD per hour (Depending on experience)
• This is a remote position, so a suitable home-based office environment will be necessary; daily check-ins and status updates are required.
• Yearly Performance-Based Appraisals with Holiday Bonus (To Be Determined)
• Paid Vacation (10 business days)
• Paid US Holidays Off
• Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (Subject To Change)
• Full-Time (40 Hours / Week)
