Job Description: Roles and ResponsibilitiesFull-time position CPA is preferred but not required Experience in Fishbowl Inventory Management System and QuickBooks is a plus Proficient in MS Excel, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Dropbox, etc. Experience in Accounting process and reporting Experience in real estate / property management / construction Good analytical skills, including communication, creativity, critical thinking, data analysis, and research Good work ethics, fast learner and willing to be trained Flexible and able to work as part of a team.

Open Invoices Reconciliation and Adjustment Inventory Pricing Unbilled cost Insurance Recon and payment AMEX Hardware AMEX Book Recon other duties as assigned
