We're looking to fill 1x expert in each of the following positions:

  • Video, Content & Wordpress Divi Front End Developer (now hiring)
  • SEO Friendly Blog/Copy Writier (now hiring)
  • Lead Generation / PPC & SEO (coming soon)
  • Social Media Management (coming soon)
  • Visual Design & Branding (coming soon)

We're hiring an amazing team virtual experts who have a minimum of 3 years of experience in their specialty.

We have 2x primary businesses: Melbourne Entertainment Company (soon to be EntertainmentCo after a national expansion) & DJ School.

These individuals will need to know how to follow and write & follow standard operating procedures S.O.Ps & be willing to expand their skill set to look after the various online tasks we require in our business.

This role is perfect for someone who is seeking stable full-time employment for the next 5 years and beyond. As our business grows over the next 5 years. We currently have a team of 4 Filipino VAs who work in various roles throughout the business.

We plan to build our full time virtual team to 7+ over the next 12 months.

These roles are full-time (approx. 40 hours per week) and we expect to be your only employer during this time, no other freelance side-projects are permitted.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent Communication Skills & Perfect Fluent English
  • Exceptional communication skills, phone manner and customer service
  • A mobile phone that you are willing to use for work purposes that has unlimited calls & texts & sufficient monthly data
  • A private work uninterrupted space in your own home with:
  • Your own fast & reliable Laptop computer (must be relatively new & quick, preferably a Macbook)
  • Fast Internet connection
  • Desk
  • A backup solution if there's a power-outage in your area
  • Have your own uninterrupted workspace
  • Multiple display screens (at least one additional display screen 24-27inch preferred) that you your laptop into work from 2x screens during your work day)
  • Seperate Keyboard & Mouse
  • Efficiency & speed with using computers & Google Spreadsheets (Excel)
  • Ability to be self-driven whilst working independently on multiple tasks without supervision
  • Be able to send iMessages to Australia / voice-calls & Face-time to Australia
  • Autonomy in problem-solving with a clear vision and creative thinking
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Motivated for business growth, continuous improvement and sales success
  • Ability to write standard operating procedures & record video tutorials
  • Eagerness to learn & expand one's skill-set

  • Book Keeping/Invoicing & Xero
  • Zoho CRM
  • PandaDoc - Quoting & Legal Documents
  • Google Spreadsheets
  • Hubstaff - time tracking

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE WOULD:

  • Have perfect, fluent English in verbal communication & written email communication
  • Hold a bachelor university degree - having English as a core subject
  • Be very reliable, honest, efficient, punctual and thorough
  • Have a keen interest in the music/entertainment industry
  • Be seeking long-term employment at a stable company, working exclusively with that company in a full-time capacity: 40 hours per week for us for the next 5 years and beyond
  • Be eager to follow along our employee progression pathway (outlined below)
  • Be an Apple iPhone & Mac user
  • Be able to send iMessages to Australia / voice-calls & Face-time to Australia
  • Be a quick learner & is able to understand youtube tutorials quickly
  • Find solutions to problems autonomously rather than always asking for help
  • Have incredible attention to detail
  • Be familiar with using Google Spreadsheets, Zoho CRM & Xero
  • Be open to learning & building up their skill base with us. We understand that you won't know how to complete every task required of you initially, however you must be willing, open and quick to learn a variety of tasks
  • Be proactive and autonomous in learning, researching & suggesting ways for business development. After the initial learning process, the role should have a few hours spare each day to research ways in which we can improve all aspects of our business. We would love your creative input!
  • Know how to write & record clear and succinct standard operating procedures (SOPs) for our operations manual for others to follow
  • Be able to start immediately
