Customer Support Shopify Full Time

Hello Everyone, We are looking for awesome people to join our growing Offshore Team, as this is a Full Time Permanent Work From Home Opportunity, and we are in need of the following Specialists: Customer Support:

  • Responds to customer emails and chat messages through support platforms.
  • Answers customer calls.
  • Replying to support tickets, order inquiry, billing and warranty cases.
  • Handling complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Process daily orders placed through our Sales channels.
  • Works on customer service tasks and other duties assigned that are outside of the job scope that may arise in the future.

Qualification:

  • Should have at least 2 years of experience in a BPO (agent level, voice account).
  • Should be proficient in speaking and writing English.
  • Should have own reliable PC and DSL/ Fiber internet connection.

Schedule & Salary:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm (EST)
  • $600 starting Subject of your application should be, "CSS - Name"

Shopify Expert:

  • Optimizing sales and conversions through content, image and app integrations.
  • Developing & promoting compelling content for the company website, Shopify store etc.
  • Editing and polishing existing content and other documents as required to improve readability.
  • Manages key conversion points in the marketing funnel.
  • Optimize the overall lead-to-customer conversion rate.
  • Test and apply applications and integrations to increase conversion rates.
  • Can work on tasks and other duties assigned that are outside of the job scope that may arise in the future.
  • Utilization of HubSpot to increase sales and conversions through reporting and email marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Conversion Rate Optimization.
  • Proficient in Shopify & Digital Marketing.
  • Proven Content Writing or Copywriting Experience.
  • Can review apps.
  • Should have own reliable PC and DSL/ Fiber internet connection.

Schedule and Salary:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm (EST)
