Position: Finance Admin Assistant Target Rate: EUR 700/month Commission Based only?: No Hours per week: 40 hours/week Remote?: Yes Company name: Knowledge Lab Target Start Date: ASAP

Position Requirement: • Excellent English communication skills. • Ability to communicate with the team effectively and timely. • Have regular access to a high-speed, stable internet connection.

Responsibilities: • Upload files/entries into the accounting system and store documents in google drive. • Coordinate with accountant, bookkeeper, and relevant team members to properly and timely collect invoices and receipts. • Responsible for creating and issuing invoices and receipts to clients and relevant stakeholders. • Create, maintain, and observe processes to ensure smooth financial operations across involved internal and external stakeholders. • Store and organize files appropriately. • Provide administrative support and communicate with the team in a timely manner.

Preferences (not required) • Relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting. • Experience in using financial software, such as Envoice, Xero, Quickbooks, or similar. • Experience with an Estonian-based company. • Experience in Canva and/or InDesign. • Experience in using Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides.
