Thanks in advance sa any info. Have a good day everyone!

There are some modems that has bandwith controls to users which are easier to setup. Some used apps like utorrent that can set bandwith limits on downloading files. But for me if you are using your internet for work better to have your own personal line since online work needs to have an exclusive internet for heavy tasks and highspeed communications.

Depende yan sa location mo kasi d lahat ng lugar stable ang ISP tpos sa device dpende din pero d naman gnyan kasi phone at laptop ko using wifi has the same speed. 3rd bka sa modem yan at wirings.

See if your dell has smartbyte apps/drivers and services. If so, uninstall all smartbyte apps. Check both windows apps and features as well as add/remove programs on control panel... Then Restart to prove functionality. After restarting your laptop, check if some smartbyte apps re-installed by itself or if there's any that is running on background. If so, try disabling it on msconfig as well as on start up tab on task manager..

Call your isp and tech support will walk you through isolating and troubleshooting the problem.

Are you using wifi? If yes, switch to a wired connection then run the test again.

Isolate mo muna kung saan ang problem

  • speedtest ka sa ibang device then compare results

Pag sa 1 device lng mababa speed

  • reset network setings

  • use alternative dns 8.8.8.8

  • pag may iba pang router nearby try to change frequency ng router

  • test both 2.4g and 5g signal

Pag lahat ng device mababa speed

  • restart router or restore

If gnun padin isp na cgro problem
