Nka tanggap po ako offer from a client sa upwork, okay lang po ba work ako outside upwork? Di bako ma ban or ano? Second is, magkano po kaya rate sa Virtual Assistant ng isang Wedding Designer. Ako po mag set ng appointment sa calendar ni client, answer sa query ng customers, hanap ng good luxary partner ni client at iba pa more like 6 po ata task ko. Magkano po rate dun? Nakuha mo client in Upwork, dapat mag work in Upwork. Sure you can work for the client outside but it is called disintermediation and pwede talagang ma-suspend account mo permanently.
I don't understand why some people find clients in Upwork and agree to work outside Upwork in the first place. Yes, may fees, but that's normal because you used Upwork's services to land a client. 🙃 and against talaga sya sa terms of use, grounds for permanent suspension (sige let's say hindi naman malaman ng Upwork, hindi ka rin secured sa payment outside) so still, won't risk it. Also, malaking bagay na nabubuild yung profile over the years, by working via Upwork sa pagland ng more clients in the future and raising your rate.
