In URGENT need of Real Estate Researchers, one-time project with a chance of getting hired

This will be a one-time project with a chance of getting hired if done accurately.

What you will be doing:

1. Conduct research for HOUSES using any of the ff: Redfin, Zillow, Realtor, Trulia, HomeFinder,Auction, etc…
2. You will be assigned a state and you need to gather the following:

• Address
• Number of Bedrooms (must have 3 or more)
• Year the house was built (house must be brand new and should be >2018)
• Square foot of the house (should be >1000 ft)
• Some computations -- link will be provided

Deadline of Task: On or before 20th

How much you will get: $25 - per 100 qualified leads or $12.50 per 50 qualified leads
