Hi. Please help, I need to hear your insight.

  1. The offer is $2 per hour and possible to get an appraisal depende daw sa work and performance

  2. 48 hours a week. So more or less it will give me 20k a month (tama ba?) Haha

  3. Hindi bayad ang 4 weeks of traing. Sad. Per 3 hours ang class training plus may exams/certification na need tapusin and its up to me kung ilang oras ko itatake

  4. They keep on telling me na ang advantage nito ay Long term ang job position. So $2 for now but it will go high eventually

  5. I hesitate to accept na job. Half yes, half no. I got a client from upwork just recently and eraning $8/hour but the job just last for a month.

So, malaki nga pero saglit lang. Ito namang offer ngyon, maliit pero long term.

Btw. Ang job po ang CSR. Live calls.

Any opinion po? Thank you!

Okay lng to start low. It's not about "knowing your worth." It's about being able to propel your online career. Kanya-kanya diskarte 'yan. Sabi nga nila, habang maikli ang kumot, tiis muna mamaluktot; 'pag humaba na't lumapad, saka na mag-unat-unat.

However, 2-3 weeks of unpaid training, for me, is an absolute NO. Okay ka na nga sa mababang rate, unpaid pa training? I would decline if it were me. They aren't willing to invest on human resource, which is a key factor in any business; and that isnt a goos sign.

live calls din po ako pero 5$/hr..bayad lahat pati trainings and seminars..pwede ka makipag negotiate sa client mo.
