HOPLA.Online is looking for Email and Chat Support to act as a liaison between clients and the company while working remotely. As an agent, you will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.

What will you do: -Provide customer support via e-mail and through our client’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter). -Handle sensitive customer escalations, researching and proposing creative solutions, and building relationships with consumers. -Maintain the highest level of professionalism while managing sensitive issues. Demonstrate empathy while providing thoughtful and prompt resolutions.

You are:

  • Resourceful and attentive to details with a “can-do” attitude
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Spreadsheets, and familiarity in Google Tools (ie. Calendar, GDrive), and MS Office
  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
  • Organized and have excellent time management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Experience at a beauty/fashion type of company is a plus
  • Strong verbal and highly proficient writing skills, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.
  • Strong internet connection and peaceful working space is a must
