Position: Property Management Virtual Assistant

Brief: As a Property Management VA, you are responsible for answering calls, routing them to the appropriate person, and/or taking a message to be forwarded later. This also includes outbound calling to vendors, data entry to softwares used by client and drafting of notices and other paperwork related to leasing. This person needs to be versatile with working on varied tasks and confident in their phone skills, preferable with zero and neutral accent.

Minimum Qualification/Requirements:

  1. Productive, has a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
  2. Has above-average customer service skills with excellent written and spoken English.
  3. Amenable to work full-time at night - willing to be assigned to any US time zone.
  4. Experience working as a call center agent, virtual receptionist, or executive assistant for a client is a requirement. Home-based VA experience for a property manager and/or real estate agent is a big plus!
  5. Must have previously used or is familiar with Appfolio.
  6. Organized, thorough, and with a positive/happy attitude.
  7. Conducive home-office free from noise and distraction.
  8. Technology-ready: a. Main Internet: Wired internet connection of at least 5MBps b. Reliable back-up internet: With at least 3MBps internet speed c. Computer: With at least 4GB RAM memory, Windows 10, and Intel Core I5 or equivalent as a processor. d. Excellent noise-canceling headset
