Description/Information:

With minimum 2 years of BPO experience
Great communication and presentation skills
Knowledge in MS Office especially Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Has an upbeat personality
Tech Savvy

Duties and Responsibilities:

Call prospective customers by operating dialing systems, and other telecommunication technologies
Influence customers to buy the company products and follow a prepared sales script to provide excellent service
Complete new lead requests by registering customers information in the lead form system & to assign it to the appropriate business units
Maintain operations by following policies and procedures. Reporting needed on a daily basis.
Maintain privacy and discretion at all times. Due to the nature of the products, it is important that all company and customer related information is kept secure
