Hiring Real Estate Inside Sales Associate / Sales Closers

Work Remotely: YES Job Role: Real Estate Inside Sales Associate/ Sales Closers Company: INS GROUP Starting rate: $5.50/hr plus commission & bonus Potential to make $10 -15 after bonus + commission Work Hours and Schedule: 6hrs mon-Fri Time: 1:00 AM PHT - 7:30 AM PHT Work Duration: 40 hours/week

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: The ideal candidate for this position has a can-do attitude, can work under pressure, can work in a super fast-paced environment, is confident on the phone, is willing to work alongside the client during business hours, a tireless work ethic, and an insatiable appetite for growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent English Communication Skills
• At least 2 years of phone sales experience (minimum 6 months outbound sales)
• At least 3 months of US Real Estate knowledge and experience are required.
• We prefer candidates who can communicate well with customers, clients, other agents, and service providers throughout the closing process. -The candidate should also be highly organized
• Must have a computer, speedy wifi and a quiet place to work

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Incharge of closing real estate deals.
• Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
• Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters.
• Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources.
• Conduct lead follow-up and nurture until appointments are set.
• Manage and optimize CRM to improve the operational activities of the Client based on priorities.
