Hiring about 5-6 callers by the end of this week

We are a real estate investment & acquisitions company based in the California Bay Area that heavily focuses on marketing via cold-calling. Our cold-callers' jobs are to successfully contact home-owners to see if they are selling their home.

Currently, we have an awesome team of 12 Philippines/home-based callers & a very enjoyable company culture. We are looking to grow our cold calling operation. I will be hiring about 5-6 callers by the end of this week.

Starting range is ₱113-150/hour

Recruitment Compensation Plan ₱2500 per agent recruit: ₱500 upfront if agent is onboarded after interview process → Remaining amount of ₱2000 if agent remains AFTER 90 days

Commission per Deal CLOSED Closed Deals Compensation Plan ₱2,500(AVG)- up to ₱10,000 per closed deal will vary per deal size

Other compensation / extra income opportunities: 3 Closed Deals & 2 Completed Agent Recruits Closed Deals: ₱7,500Agent Recruits: ₱5,000

GRAND TOTAL EXTRA INCOME: ₱12,500 on top of current hourly
