Quality for a well-established and growing company based in Australia, to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for managing our QA team and training our internal team on products and updates, ensuring that the services meet our high-quality standards and ensure that we truly delight our customers. You will be our constant champion of best practices for QA.

A snapshot of your role:

  • Review and monitor live chats and identify performance gaps.
  • Evaluate, provide feedback, mentor, and motivate employees to provide excellent customer service through chat interactions while improving quality metrics constantly.
  • Coach employees on performance improvement.
  • Accountability for the achievement of Quality Assurance.
  • Reporting and discussing results with counterparts and appropriate teams, collaborate through meetings, and weekly updates.
  • Responsible for the team member’s performance and capability.
  • Responsible for the design and delivery of quality framework, ensuring that all quality initiatives support the delivery of excellent customer experience and enable optimal operational and business performance.
  • Responsible for creating long-term strategies, project management, and process consultation to ensure that all Quality actions are relevant and aligned with the business strategies.
  • Inspire and motivate team members while providing effective feedback.
  • Responsible for training on different products and sharing updates on a regular basis. Job Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of chat monitoring experience. • Knowledge of quality standards in international chats process. • Advanced MS Excel skills. Six Sigma certification is a plus but not mandatory. • Must be amenable to work with different chat applications/tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification Bachelors/College Degree

Job Type: Permanent Salary is up to 30-35k PHP
