About the job:

A coffee shop owner (http://www.greatdanecoffee.com/) based in Canada is looking for a Virtual Executive Assistant who can help him manage the day-to-day operations of his business.

Primarily, you will be shadowing the client (digitally), getting into the nuts and bolts of managing the business to figure out what needs to happen next, communicating with different partners/staff, and managing schedules and timelines. You’ll be dealing with a wide variety of tasks — and he’ll be relying on you to solve some problems and make sure things are moving.

Job Description:

  • Send weekly reports on each business (pull sales - cogs - labor costs - SGA)
  • Check-in with staff for feedback and schedules (just a quick weekly email)
  • Send catering invoices (minimal now)
  • Basic research on competitors etc
  • Loads more small things
  • Finding leads in new cities
  • Inputting product and order guides (basically formatting spreadsheets to match what we need for uploads)
  • Basic competitive research for other ideas.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-years as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and a high level of accuracy in work product
  • Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)
  • Good time management and task management skills
  • Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and meticulously
  • Proficiency in MS Office Google Suite
  • Able to demonstrate initiative

Benefits:

  • Salary range: Php 30,000 - Php 40,000 per month
