Do I need to use the Upwork time tracker?

Hi everyone! Just landed my very first freelance job in UpWork. Yey! Just have a question though. I accepted a fixed-price job as a Graphic Designer.

Do I still need to use the UpWork time tracker? Trying to navigate the tool on how to use it po but I don't see any option to start recording or something.

Is it still needed for fixed-price contracts? Thank you! :)
