About Digital Seattle: Digital Seattle is a Managed Services Provider (MSP) company who provides business-critical IT services for organizations who heavily depend on information technology.

Job Description: • Meet hiring needs and objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates • Screen candidates to understand if skills and experience required are met • Coordinate and schedule interviews • Track and generate reports/recruitment data • Create and update job descriptions • Establish communication between the applicant and management • Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management

Requirements: • 2 years of experience in recruiting for IT required • Human Resource and Technical Recruitment experience preferred • Strong Recruiting and interviewing skills • Phone, Skype, Zoom, and online meeting platform skills • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication • Proactive and innovative in driving recruitment initiatives • Professionalism and organization skills • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Must have his/her own work-from-home equipment (computer/laptop, webcam, headset, and wired internet connection)
