Work from home?: YES Rate: $4/hr Fulltime 40 hrs/week

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent English Communication Skills
• At least 2 to 3 years outbound calling experience
• Real Estate Experience preferred but not required
• Must be available US Daytime hours and can start immediately
• Reliable and responsive
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Detail-oriented
• Positive mental attitude and a quick learner
• Responds well to constructive feedback
• Organized and punctual
• Works in a quiet environment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Laptop or desktop
• Windows operating system i3 and up
• At least 4GB of RAM
• Must have LAN connection
• Internet Speed: 10mbps up
• With noise-cancelling headset
• Must have a backup for power and internet outages
