This is a work from home position. Night Shift hours. Monday-Friday 10 pm to 6 am Philippines time zone. Do you have a perfect American accent and more than 2 years experience making sales calls? Do you have reliable internet with 20mbps both download and upload speed, good computer specs with 8GB RAM and a quiet environment to be able to make high quality calls? Are you a responsible person that can be trusted to work remotely? Can you handle night shift hours? Are you someone with a great attitude with a proven history of hitting KPI's?

Job Summary: You will be one of the Rockstar members in our sales team responsible for managing customer-facing communication.

Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for managing all phone calls and email correspondence in your queue In perfect written English be able to respond by email without the need for templates Expected to ensure all targets are met by monitoring your KPIs in real time Join in weekly meetings to discuss with the team the previous week’s performance and issues encountered and drive improvement actions if the target is not met Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor

Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience phone sales experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Excellent ability to manage and build relationships Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs Familiarity with Salesforce a bonus
