I have a question? Anyone here using Ring Central? Sana may makasagot.

My client is using Ring Central. May way kaya to receive calls from US based clients to PH using the platform? Yung hindi na sana sila magbabayad ng international rates? If yes, paano kaya yun? Kailangan ko lang bang gamitin yung US number nila sa app?

Yep, my team is using Ring Central. Subscription is needed. Super Admin (Client) can call, and text us (standard) vice versa.

You can use google voice for free, sign up using your client's US phone number. Need rin ng vpn while creating the account. Then afterwards if gagamitin mo no need na ng vpn. Downside is, limited lang ang area code na pwede pagpilian. Mas better pa rin talaga ring central.

Yes po. Ask you client to create your own ext tapos download mo yun RC app to your phone or desktop.

That's how it is done. Ganyan ang ginagawa ng Ring central. receiving ang making calls sa US. Yana ang gamit kong Softphone ngayon.

Ring central can receive and make calls sa US.. Your client needs to set up the account with the company number and add you as an agent or an admin. Kailangan may subscription siya tpos every agent na gagamit ng app may bayad.

Yes. Yung sakin before, nag downlod lang ako ring central tapos binigyan ako ng access ni client. makaka call ka and makaka receive ng call from USA to PH and vice versa
