Hiring an Operations Assistant for Yeti Commerce! $800 USD per month ($600 base pay and $200 bonus pay) Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day. 7pm - 2am Philippines time. 100% remote work.

We are searching for an operations rockstar to help with a variety of tasks relating to:

Supporting the copywriting and graphics team
Frameworking ecommerce emails for our clients (Klaviyo)
Organising our project management system and processes (Clickup)
Supporting current clients
Generating templated monthly reports for clients
Emailing potential new clients (using provided templated responses)
Other admin stuff (the glue that holds our company together)

There are systems in place for every task you need to complete; efficiency is an important part of our culture.

Don’t worry if you do not have exact experience with any of the above, these are more important:

Amazing time management and organisation: You are meticulous with your work organisation, prioritize like a pro, an expert at taking notes and setting reminders, and if you make a mistake (as we all do); you understand how to change your method to prevent it from happening again.
A good internet connection: you can take video calls without frequently worrying about the connection.
Great computer skills: you are fast at completing tasks, use keyboard shortcuts to save time, and most importantly you know how to Google (to troubleshoot) and research in a fast and accurate way.
Perfect English: you can understand my British accent, you can make small changes to the copywriting in our emails, and you are confident enough in your English to speak up on calls with our team and our clients.
