Responsibilities:

• Tracking and monitoring of website visitors.

• Provide directions and other pertinent information to visitors.

• Provide assistance to visitors in a timely manner.

• Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers

• Achieve sales targets on a monthly basis

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

• Excellent selling and negotiation skills

• Ability to work individually or with the team.

• Experience in driving sales outcomes.

• Sales background is a must.

• Good grasp of the travel agency/tourism industry

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
