Having difficulty in verifying my home address in Payoneer

I really need your help, guys! I have difficulty verifying my home address in Payoneer, due to the house number is not in the trend. I have called their CSR but they couldn't solve my issue.

Now they are responding through email that I gave the description of our house. The problem is there is a character limit.
