Just a quick inquiry fellow guys.
I was withdrawing funds from my PayPal when a note appeared saying that I have exceeded my withdrawal limit that I need to "lift limit" my account. I followed every step removing or lifting this Paypal withdrawal limit but I always end up with a blank page saying "redirecting to" and from then on, no clear procedure on what to do next.
Anyone who can help me resolve this issue? Your insights are much appreciated.

Try calling for a cust service... been in that case before... they ask for an id and proof of residence... best way is to to a cust service.
Try using skype to call since it is international you have to update your adress in skype to united states and dial there hotline... I just forgot the number but try to search for it..hope this can help you.
