Hello guys! I’m looking for an audio class with flexible time. I am currently studying but I have an experience teaching online for 4 years. Thank you!

Requirements:

  1. Good communication skills

  2. Applicants must have DSL/Fiber internet connection and laptop or desktop

  3. Available to teach between 7:00PM-9:30PM on weekdays and 9:00AM-9:30PM on weekends

(hawak mo ang oras mo dito.. Ikaw ang pipili ng oras ng turo mo.. 25mins. Per class fr. 6am to 11:30pm)

👉 What is Tutoring? Tutoring provides a platform for our students and tutors to meet instantly, in one click. Tutors simply need to set their online status to ‘Stand By’ to be visible on the students’ app. Student will call tutors with their designated Topic Card.

✅JOB DESCRIPTION:👏👏👏

🙋‍♀️ Position: Online English Tutor 🕰️ Working Hours: Flexible, 24/7, at least 4 hours a day for part-time tutors, 5 hours or more for full-time tutors. 🎧 Audio class only. 👈👈👈

✅REQUIREMENTS:👇👇👇

🌏 Native speaker or as good. 🎯 22 y/o above 🎓College Level/Graduate 👩‍🏫 2 years teaching experience or more ♥️ Passionate about teaching English

✅ SALARY❤❤❤:

  1. Rate: $3 - $4.5/HR (paid by the minute) plus incentives on peak hours (rate x 1.3%) and bonuses for newly enrolled students under your FT (free trial) class.

  2. Mode of Payment : TWICE A MONTH 1~15th cutoffs payday every 25th and 16th~30/31sr cutoffs payday 10th of next month WILL BE SENT THRU BDO

  3. Lesson materials: Topic cards are provided and chosen by the students. (similar to free talking)

  4. Peak hours: 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM (KST) and 7:00 PM - 12:00 AM (KST). KOREA is only 1 hour ahead of PH time.

  5. Class length: Free trial class is 15 minutes, while regular class is 20 minutes. (students can extend upto 60 minutes)

  6. Students Age Group: From elementary students, professionals, up till students in their 50's and 60's

✅ TIPS

  1. Please record your audio or video in a quiet environment where you can be heard clearly. Speak in a neutral accent, keep it natural and be careful with your pronunciation, intonation and enunciation. Tell something about your educational and teaching background briefly and share how you can help the students improve their communication skills. You can also tell something about your hobbies and activities on your free time.

  2. Upload a professional looking photo to show your credibility.

  3. Applications with completely filled out form will be prioitized.

  4. You will be informed via email if you were short listed and will proceed to technical check. If you didn't receive an email within 2 weeks after your application, it means you didn't make it through the initial screening process. You may reapply again only during the hiring period. Use a different email next time, the email you have already used will not anymore get through the online form.
