We are looking for a dynamic, driven Executive Assistant (EA) who can work directly with the C-Level executives of a growing US-based Company. The Company us looking for an EA that can serve as strategic partners in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time and requires the ability to work-from-home (remotely) and provides competitive compensation. Executive coverage required primarily during US business hours.

BetterOps is an outsourcing advisory firm engaged by Company to identify high quality candidates for the job. Company name will remain confidential until candidates progresses to the interview stage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high-level executive support for C-level executives (CEO, COO, etc.) in a fast-paced and changing environment:
  • Organize and schedule internal and external meetings and events with an understanding of business priorities – proactively manages extremely complex calendars
  • Anticipate and coordinate point-to-point travel needs as necessary including booking all travel and hotels, directions, commuting time and ground transportation
  • Conduct research and gather information from public sources across multiple industries; synthesize and package results
  • Provide backup support to other executives on a regular basis
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Act as thought partner and trusted advisor to Company executives
  • Make sure they know what they need to know
  • Guide them toward making right decisions about use of time
  • Loop in all relevant parties when needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required; responsibilities will vary

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years of EA experience in a fast-paced environment supporting senior executives, strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with US-based growth companies preferred
  • Work-from-home Philippines night shift experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership and/or customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree
