What's the best way to fix my computer? It says needs to be restarted

I need help baka meron pong nakakaalam ng ng cause and best way para ma-fix yung ganitong error ko sa laptop.

Marami po puede cause niyan, puedeng RAM, HDD or mismong board. try to reformat po.

Restart your Computer when start Press F8 key Again and again then show Black Screen and show some option you select Last known good configuration mode. Hope it will work and windows will run successfully.
