URGENT HIRING!! We're looking for an Experience U.S Transaction Coordinator for a Realty & Brokerage Company in the U.S. It's a full time and long term job. $5/hr starting rate, salary increase after 6 months and 1 year.
Tasks are the following:
- Listing Paper Work
- Signed Listing agreement
- Active Listing
- Buyer Under Contract
- Firepoint Management
- Monthly Calendar
- Onboarding Agents
System Requirements: LAPTOP OR DESKTOP: Primary: Computer Processor: at least i3 Core or higher Computer Memory/RAM: at least 8.00 GB RAM
Back-up: Computer Processor: At least i3 Core or higher Computer Memory/RAM: at least 4GB RAM
INTERNET CONNECTION: Primary Connection: 8 Mbps plan (10mbps and up preferred) Back-up Connection: 5 Mbps
