Client: Canada- Based

Work Hours and Schedule: Graveyard shift (Spain business hours_

Work Duration: Long-term

Starting salary: Salary is commensurate to experience. but not less than $3/hour

The Customer Success Advocate is expected to:

Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment according to service standards and procedures Troubleshoots and resolve customer-reported issues Consistently meeting expectations of quality assurance program and productivity standards. Shows full proficiency in all systems and program

Qualification:

Experience in a CSR role, in a contact or call center environment Bilingual English/Spanish is required Strong knowledge of customer service principles, including sound decision-making and negotiating skills. Experience in social media moderation High level of verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management and problem-solving skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and high-pressure situations Must have experience in Shopify stores or with any e-Commerce related tools Reliable, punctual and flexible
