Responsibilities: • Running Comps • Making Offers • Responsible for any negotiations once the contract is received. • Responsible for negotiations and contracts through to the closing
Requirements: • 1-2 years’ work experience (BPO/Home-based job/Real Estate is a plus!) • Must be able to communicate in English with American and Neutral Accent • Preferably with previous sales experience • Great at negotiations • Tech Savvy • Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Literate • HAS AN UPBEAT PERSONALITY • System and Equipment Requirements: • Laptop/Desktop with at least 4GB RAM and i3 processor • Fast and stable internet connection, at least 10Mbps • Wired/Ethernet/LAN Connection • Backup Internet • USB noise-canceling headset • Web Camera • Quiet workspace
