HIRING: Non-Voice Customer Service: Support tickets + email Salary: 4 USD/HR FULL TIME POSITION

We are looking for a Customer Service Support representative who will play an important role in assisting in answering customer inquiries on products and services via support tickets + emails and various business administrative tasks, including

  • Replying to support tickets + sales inquiries + billing issues
  • Handling complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Handling chat and email support across multiple sites
  • Debugging technical issues (training included)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

To be successful for this role, you must be/have:

  • Has basic understanding of cryptocurrency
  • Proficient in using Zendesk
  • Knows how to use Discord
  • Enthusiastic and has a can-do attitude
  • Excellent comprehension skills
  • Someone that has exceptional speaking and written English
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail oriented (has an eye for perfection!)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Savvy with computers: fast in picking up new software, ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Customer service background
  • Passionate about self development and continuous improvement PURPLE PEARS

Requirements:

  • 100% fully available; no current open contracts with other employers: must be free from commitments.
  • Must have a stable internet connection with atleast 10Mbps speed.
  • Available during 11AM-7PM CET: must be comfortable working graveyard shifts!
  • At least 3 years background in the Customer Service Industry
  • Experience in CRMs and spreadsheets
  • Can work on weekends
