We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist our growing team. We want a smart person who can work with less supervision and can handle complex conversations in English. You must be able to speak in a professional, empathetic, and convincing way. You must be able to also think quickly on your feet to resolve customer queries. We are looking for a dedicated job seeker, someone who's interested in a long-term role and is not affiliated with other employers. This is a full-time role and the position will start directly at 40 hours weekly.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Update Hubspot CRM
- Respond to emails, phone calls, SMS, and live chat
- Outbound/Inbound calls (You might do this in the future)
- Perform other tasks as assigned by your direct manager
Requirements:
- Strong command of the English language (Communication and writing skills) | Neutral accent
- No other commitments/work (This is a FULL-TIME role)
- Must be proactive and open to learning new things
- Ability to multitask, fast learner, and problem solver
- Ability to cope with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Internet speed (At least 10 mbps and up) and computer speed (at least i3 processor)
- Dedicated quiet space and fast typing speed (minimum 40 wpm)
