Company: Trendsi Co. 📍Remote work: Yes. Permanent work from home. 📍Full Time work: Yes Full time ONLY. No part time post. 📍Salary: $500 to $600 NON-NEGO starting salary plus weekly incentives. 📍Shift schedule: 24/7 Operation 3 schedules. Manila time 3pm to 11pm, 11pm to 7am and 7am to 3pm 📍We are 24/7 operation you will work 5 days per week 2 rest days and 8hrs per shift 📍 3 Months’ probation and will receive a laptop on 6th month 📍 Awesome company and management (No QA Scores, No micromanaging and not BPO style)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: ✔1 - MUST HAVE E-COMMERCE EXPERIENCE OR DROPSHIPPING EXPERIENCE ✔2 - EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE HOW TO USE AND NAVIGATE SHOPIFY ADMIN ✔3 - STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE ✔4 - MUST HAVE MAIN AND BACK UP CONNECTION. (VERY STRICT ON THIS) ✔5 - PREFERRABLY RESIDING IN MANILA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering chats and emails
- Checking order status and escalating to team leads as needed.
- Identifying Shopify technical issues, troubleshooting and endorsing unresolvable issues to the Engineering Department.
- Sending follow up emails and sending account and order information notification emails to clients.
- Approving seller's permit on the order management tool.
- Reaching out to product team to get product information when a client requested product specifics.
