Please help, I want to ask for suggestions about the organizations or companies that are taking aspiring VA? I still have no experience but my field is aligned with business and management. Thank you!

If you have BPO experience, apply to V1 Careers or VaoCity. They train and give you client afterwards for free.
I think there is no exact organization/company to that. You need to undergo similar application process with other applicants. Some clients will accept you naman kahit wala ka pang experience kaya laban lang.
